Pre Ordered Products

When purchasing pre-ordered products please note that delivery can take up to 60 to 90 days delivery, especially during peak season.

 

Delivery Time Notice

Please understand your products are made to order, they are made abroad and are shipped here to the UK. Demand is so popular that we don’t get the time or chance to stock these products. This is why it’s called a pre order form. Manufacturing any pre-ordered products takes 2 to 4 weeks and time again may vary due to demand.

 

Time of arrival

When reaching the UK customs clearance time can take up to another 1 to 3 weeks. When ordering these types of luxury high end scooters, please take all of this into consideration no refunds are applicable once orders are made.

 

Customer Cooling Off Period

Customers have the right to cancel purchase with in 10 days after 10 days customers risk loosing refund as the products are made to order means your money is transferred as soon as order is processed to manufacturer as these are high end products customers should be aware of time it takes to prepare such products If customer receives item and item is damaged the customer has full rights to obtain a refund.

This is classed as faulty goods product not as described. Customer can sort to refund or exchange product for another product.

Like for Like policy which means you the customer are able to exchange product for the exact same product free of charge provided product is factory fault and no fault of customers.

Abusive Behaviour

No abusive emails or calls will be tolerated any of the above will end with your details being giving to local authorities and dealt with by such bodies as the Metropolitan Police Services.
